Hannaford Supermarkets is voluntarily recalling about 30,000 pounds of Cargill ground beef that may contain salmonella enteritidis. Cargill Beef voluntarily recalled ground beef produced at the company’s Wyalusing, PA facility on May 25th. Please check your freezers for ground beef with “use or sell by” dates between May 29 and June 16, 2012. Hannaford will provide a full refund for any returned ground beef with sell by dates of May 29 through June 16, 2012. You can read more about the recall HERE.
